  Picked up food late at night, discovered that I had not recieve two items I had ordered when I got home. Called through to the store and was informed that if I came in the next day I would be able to recieve a refund. Next day I went back in and was offered the two items I did not recieve not a refund. When I recieved the order, I had been given a incorrect item. Very disappointed in the service. As a previous employee of McDonald's I understand that mistakes can be made but to continue to make mistakes is not a good look.
